FMS is an in depth, pre-participation screening tool designed to identify compensatory movement patterns that are indicative of increased injury risk and inefficient movement that causes reduced performance.
This exam uses seven movement patterns to help identify areas of weakness in the body. After completion, a grading scale is used to create a specific exercise program to improve mobility, stabilization, and strength.
Once optimal potential is reached, goal-oriented or sport-specific exercises will incur to create the body's maximal output and recovery.
BFR consists of a 20-30-minute workout that incorporates a restriction of blood flow. Utilized at the elite levels, Olympic and professional sports, BFR works by partially restricting blood flow to the musculature, creating fatigue at a quicker rate. This translates into the body switching from aerobic to an anaerobic state, which in turn, releases hormones in the body to help improve recovery.
This works by fatigue of the musculature, by decreasing p02, pH, and PC/ATP, also, increasing lactate, creating a metabolic crisis. As little damage is done to the muscle, and in return it amplifies the anabolic response, increasing strength and fitness.

Athletic taping helps support musculature during activities, as it is designed to stretch with movement. It can help with re-education, fatigue, and circulation to the muscle.
Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that originated in China. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction facilitates healing with blood flow.
